Returns:

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

Exceptions/Non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, due to the customization/personalization of our crocs we are unable to accept returns on these items as well as final sale items.

Refunds:

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping:

Croc charm orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Then please allow 7 to 14 business days for standard shipping after your order has been processed.

For custom crocs, orders are processed with 14 business days. Then please allow 7 to 14 business days for standard shipping after your order has been processed.
